What we expect:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or in a similar position
  • Experience in building sales processes
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Striving to solve problems
  • Willingness to develop within Salesforce
  • English language (min. B2)

Additional advantages will be:

  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM sales
  • Knowledge of the software development process from the customer’s perspective
  • German language (min. B2)

Your tasks will include:

  • Creating a comprehensive sales strategy
  • B2B and B2C sales
  • Identification of potential customers
  • Establishing relationships with customers
  • Conducting offline and online sales meetings
  • Coordination of the conclusion of the contract
  • Responding to market needs
  • Acting as a liaison between Awesome Bytes and Salesforce when selling licenses and implementations
