How to build employee trust in the company?

What to do to make employees feel part of the company? How to introduce such an important change as Salesforce and gain employee trust?


A committed employee who has a sense of belonging to the company is an added value. Employee trust is extremely important. Every employer nowadays should make sure that employees feel affiliated with the workplace and a guarantee of safety.

 

What are we most afraid of both in personal life and at work? Of course the changes.


We all know that they are necessary, especially in times of crisis. How to manage change so that there is no crisis of trust? Is empathy enough? The most important role is played by the leader who will take employees on a journey through change in such a way as not to deprive them of support and sense of comfort even for a moment. He will explain how new tools offered by Salesforce, a new situation, can affect a  better future for both the company and the employees. Development is also a change that makes us realize how much we still need to learn. How to do it? Convince everyone, using specific arguments to accept the change, show that it will be the best possible solution and will bring specific benefits in the future.

Define goals, rules and time for changes to take place. The articulation must be detailed and reach everyone through any available communication channel, it will give no understatements and a positive reaction.

Each advocate of change in the company should speak with one voice, it doesn’t matter whether it is a director or a manager, everyone should be convinced and be able to influence every employee in the company, lead the rest through fear to a better future. Salesforce proposes a change that gives guaranteed success and a definite improvement on many levels in each company.
